A Message from President Dawson Patterson
To the members of the NSBOA,
It is a privilege to step into the role of President and to represent such a dedicated and knowledgeable group of professionals. Building Officials play a vital role in shaping the safety and quality of life in every community across Nova Scotia. Your expertise, integrity, and commitment are the foundation of our association.
Enhancing professional development, strengthening communication, and ensuring our association remains a strong voice for the building official community is the primary focus of my term. I believe deeply in the value of our work and in the importance of supporting one another as we navigate new technologies, updated codes, and the changing needs of our municipalities.
