Communications

Effective communication is one of the inherent responsibilities of a successful Building Official. This 3-day course has been designed to help participants enhance their knowledge and skills to communicate with professionalism and respect, listen to understand and speak to be heard.

Participants will discover practical tips and strategies to master their ability to contribute in a team-oriented environment and to excel during all interpersonal interactions.

This course is highly interactive and will draw on participants’ real-life situations and examples specific to the role of the Building Official.
